The funny thing about knowledge is that there is no way to discern between what you should seek to discover and what you're better off not knowing. It's like, acquiring new knowledge makes things simpler and more complicated at the same time.
The more I understand about things - how they work, why they behave the way they do.. the less scary and overwhelming everything around me becomes. It is as if the fact of matter has always been so obvious and simple!
Yet at the same time, learning something new always makes me wish I could tear my attention and consciousness into a million different pieces just so that I’d be able to follow the dozen different trains of thought that have entered my mind..
Sometimes, I reckon I think too much.
Sometimes, being prideful pays especially when you're in a class of suckers.
