For those who have not read the book yet, I am done with it!
3 days of intensive reading in school! Damn hard core la, I didn't even get the chance to bring the book back home.

Anyway to clear some misconceptions:
voldermort died coz he thot he was usin his wand but he was usin harry potter's wand so that's y e spell rebounded- ethel shin!

This was what happened...

Harry goes alone to the Forbidden Forest where Voldemort awaits. Harry opens the snitch he received from Dumbledore and finds the Resurrection Stone within. He summons the spirits of James and Lily Potter, Sirius Black, and Remus Lupin (recently killed in battle along with his wife, Tonks) who comfort him. He willingly allows Voldemort to strike him with the Avada Kedavra curse (Wahh sei, this one darn powerful of all the Unforgiving Curses) Harry wakes up to a place that reminds him of King's Cross Station, in which Albus Dumbledore appears and explains that, just as Voldemort cannot die while his soul fragment remains in Harry, Harry cannot die while his blood lives in Voldemort's body. Dumbledore also explains that the soul fragment within Harry has been destroyed by the curse. When Harry asks if it's real or in his head, Dumbledore replies that it is in his head, but there's no reason it couldn't still be real.

Harry revives back in the Forbidden Forest, but pretends to be dead. His body is carried back to Hogwarts. As reinforcements arrive, Harry covers himself with the Invisibility Cloak while Neville pulls Gryffindor's sword from the Sorting Hat and beheads Nagini ( Voldermort's pet snake hehe) , destroying the final Horcrux. Molly Weasley confronts Bellatrix Lestrange. Harry confronts Voldemort, realising that when Draco Malfoy disarmed Dumbledore, Draco unknowingly became the Elder Wand's master. When Harry later took Draco's own wand, the Elder Wand's allegiance passed to Harry. Voldemort casts Avada Kedavra, but the Elder Wand protects its master and the spell rebounds, killing Voldemort.

Man i'm so in love with reading. Books.

I devoured the new Harry Potter book during lecture today. Well, i'm almost done already. Fast reader right! When i was younger, i aimed to read 10,000 books in my lifetime. And judging from the current rate i'm going at, i think it is achievable after all. RIGHT? ROFL...

SPOILERS
Burbage dies on pg 12
Scrimgeour dies on pg 15
Hedwig dies on pg 56
Mad-Eye dies on pg 78
Wormtail dies on pg 471
Dobby dies on pg 476
Fred Weasely dies on pg 637
Snape gets killed by Voldermort on pg 658

Harry gets screwed badly by Voldermort on pg 704
But comes back to life on pg 724

Voldermort dies in the end; i heard because his spell rebounded?
Gee, what a loser...

19 years after the events in the book:
Ron has married Hermione; their two children are named Rose and Hugo
Harry marries Ginny; their three children are named Lily, James, and Albus Severus
Draco Malfoy has a kid named Scorpius

Final line of the book is: "The scar had not pained Harry for nineteen years. All was well."

Sian this is such an anti-climax! J.K Rowling has not directed her passion into the very series that shot her to fame and riches - (infamy also if you were to consider the Church lol) ever since becoming one of Britain's wealthiest women.

I wanna rewrite the book to Justin marries Hermione and Ron weds Draco Malfoy. ROFL! Gayness~

Lapped the P.E classes in 2.4km run today. I finished one lap ahead of the fastest guy.
Broke my previous timing of 8:44.34 with a timing of 8:41.??
So proud of myself =D
But had problems with my breathing, this has been going on since Monday and FINALS is on tomorrow!
What an ominous sign huh..

One of the worst ways in dealing with a failure is to put on the self-piteous cloak and try to garner as many sympathy votes as possible.

Saw a few events at CCK stadium. I hate to admit but this year's competitors look tougher, meaner, fitter (than me =S )

And i caught Sophie from Singapore Sports School in action! <3<3<3

Forget about the previous postings. Beautiful people are still this season's hottest properties.

Caught 2 back-to-back movies(with only 10minutes of break in between) with SamGoh two fridays ago if my memory hasn't failed me. Transformers and Die Hard 4.0

ZOMG, eye-candy overload. I think Sam had a sugar rush also; bouts of hyperactivity in between scenes. And i figured he had engaged in Sam's Happy Time from the look of bliss and contentment on his face nearing the end of the show...

Man, I feel so inadequate today. So vulnerable, so disappointed, so SHIT-TY!
Teachers were in a Christmas mood when it came to dishing out comments on my performance in the recent exams; negative comments that is..

Your results are irrelevant. (LOL what irrelevant?)
Handed in shit.
Underperformed.
Total disaster.
What went wrong?!
Not maximising potential.
Should reconsider his stay in the college.

All these.. scrawled in red so untidily and with a vehemence so strong, it made marks on the other side of the scripts.

Oh, did I mentioned I failed my General Paper?
35/100

The cursed question that did me in for Paper One:
"He who confuses political liberty with freedom, and political equality with similarity has never thought for 5 minutes about either one. To what extent is this statement true? Discuss."

It was scant consolation when the teacher mentioned that all in the entire cohort who attempted this question failed. Miserably.

Just what is wrong with me this time.

My controversial brain juice is running dry therefore the influx of nonsensical rants in recent days. But since my Mid-Years are over and I do have hours at end to waste and grieve over my less-than-stellar grades, I thought I’d take the opportunity to do a bit of mindless writing and scribbles.

Beauty.
They say that beauty really is in the eye of the beholder. I’d certainly agree with that fact but on the other hand, true beauty lies within. I’ll not debate on the context of how beautiful the scenery, object or creations of the world is. This one’s about the ‘beauty’ in people.

Call me bias or narrow minded. But in my own assumption, the more (supposedly) beautiful a person is, the more manipulative and conniving that bitch or bastard may be. Of course not all good looking people are that bad.. But here’s my argument:
In a superficial society which places great emphasis on looks, these good looking people do get the perks in life. Because of that, they may have the perception of having the ability to maneuver any situation in their favor, to get any guy or gal detected within their radar.

They start to treat others as mere insignificant figures and I think that underlines their true self. Beauty is superficial. You may be blessed with good looks, but so what?

If you’re the most wicked person around, you’re as ugly as my backside! Figure of speech of course.. I like my butt just fine! So small and perky HAHAHA (We'll save that for another blog post, shall we? Don't get me started on my butt, or lack thereof)

True beauty really comes from within. Obviously, initial impression matters a lot when you meet someone for the first time and your immediate thought would be ‘Golly, He/She is cute’, if they are. But there are others, who might not have caught your fancy from the get-go but slowly become more beautiful in your sight as days go by and as you get to know each other better. There’s a special glow in people who are nice and therein lays true beauty.

To me, the most captivating aspect of a person is the smile. A picture speaks a thousand words they say.. and true to that, a single picture may draw a million point of views.. However, is the essential meaning conveyed? If you look at the picture of a person-smiling. There is the tendency to judge the appearance first before even genuinely looking at the focus of the picture. I don’t know if its just me, but there’s this thing you can tell about a person through their smiles..

Cam-whore ethics aside.. their personality seeps through that single smile on the photo. Take a look at any of your friend’s photos now and you might get what I mean.
We cannot deny the fact that we’re naturally drawn to the better looking people and all of us have the want of having a ‘hot other half’.

But let us be realistic.. would you want the hottest girl ever, and have every other guy checking her out..? And whose personality defines her as a true bitch?
Same question for the girls.. just change that to guys and bastard LOL.

In my humble opinion, personality and character (of the girl) would play a huge part in determining who I’d end up with.. it’d be somewhat a ‘bonus’ if she was pretty. But see that’s the thing.. if you are nice AND good-looking. That’s something special. 'Nice-ness' first before the looks part comes in..Hey, even if you’re not in the category of popular or good looking (I feel you cos im obviously not myself.. I'm president of the NO-LIFERS Club! How’s that for status. HAHAHA)

Don't ever feel inferior. Search deep within you and bring out that glow.. Cos that truly is.. beauty!
If you believe and stay true to yourself..And if you’re really genuinely nice..
You’re already beautiful without knowing it! :)

Disclaimer: I'm not ranting because I've been unjustly treated by better-lookers. Nope, nothing of that sort. I'm more than able to protect myself HAHA. 3-step Defence Mechanism: First, Burn them with your caustic wit. Next, turn violent and thrash the living daylights out of them. If all else fails, run and don't look back! =p
